Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou was born in Beaumont in Puy-de-Domme France on August 9 1976 the youngest child of four. She was encouraged by her parents, a dentist and teacher who were both teachers to follow her love of the theatre. This was in contrast to an earlier desire to become a primateologist because she loved monkeys. Her meteoric rise as an actress in her early years was quick and marked by her early successes. Her career began in earnest in 1999, the year she first began performing professionally. In the years following her studies, Tautou was a participant in the French television show for talent scouting called Jeunes Premiers. Tautou is a pupil of the Institut Catholique de Paris in Paris when she was a kid and studied there at young age she has since renounced her Catholic education. The actress declares herself to be non-Catholic. She has pursued a modeling career along with her acting career. She is the model for L'Oreal Mont Blanc and Chanel frequently referred to as the Chanel Muse. She also has a serious passion for photography. She recently exhibited her work for the Arles Festival under the title Superficial. In her photographs, she focuses primarily on celebrity and fame. The camera is turned at journalists, who sat and watched her as she rose to the heights of fame in Amelie. Audrey Tautou shot to stardom and global fame after her first major role starring as the lead in The Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Pouulain. Amelie was a box-office international hit, receiving accolades at awards galas around all over the world. It's the largest French language film ever to be released in the US. In the following year, she was a part of British dramas like Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things as well as Jean-Pierre Jeunet Un long Sunday de Faancailles. In the following year, she moved to Hollywood where Ron Howard directed the Dan Brown bestseller The Da Vinci Code.
